Continuing the Hotel conversation, the 2013 IEQ matrix indicates that guestrooms, front desk and BOH - housekeeping areas should be included for IEQc7.2. It seems that you might need 2 surveys to cover both guests and employees, correct? There is an example of a corrective action plan in the Documentation Toolkit above specifically addressing hotel guests only, but that seems to not cover the areas indicated.

Has anyone successfully achieved this credit for a hotel and how did you handle that?
