In terms of the Energy Model for Core & Shell is the "Building Area Method" more applicable as the final layout has not been decide yet ?

I would like to know if electric motors that are going to be operated by a VFD (Variable Frequency Drive), need to comply with the eficiency requirements of the ASHRAE 90.1 table 10.8. Thanks

When the baseline system is required to have DCV, how should it be controlled. I'm not aware of any sections that details how the controls should work when it is implemented for the baseline.
