CS-2009 EAp2: Minimum Energy Performance
In terms of the Energy Model for Core & Shell is the "Building Area Method" more applicable as the final layout has not been decide yet ?

A portion of our building envelope is historic. Can we exclude it from our model?

Either method could still be used.
The proposed tenant spaces should be modeled identically to the baseline or according to the requirements of tenant lease agreement if attempting to claim energy savings.
