I have a Query on SS C 2 Option 1 Development Density - A Warehouse building being developed in an industrial area, can I account nearby industry buildings in the density calculation.

For the Low emitting materials- adhesives & sealants, there are 3 adhesives that are between 195 and 320 g/l over the VOC limit. I am using the Special purpose contact adhesive limit.

Permanent building - envelope construction

We have a client that wants to reduce costs for a warehouse by using a tensioned fabric structure rather than a metal building. My first thought is that it might be considered impermanent.

Duct Insulation Adhesive

Hi, we used a adhesive for duct insulation. I am trying to find the 'product type' for this Non-Flooring Adhesives & Sealants from the drop down menu options listed in leed online template.
