It seems that scop of CS does not require CO2 sensors to be placed in tanent space.

Our system has fan-powered VAV boxes. The first review comments required us to use 62MZ calc to account for local recirculation. But we have 120 AHUs and hundreds of zones.

The Owner dragged his feet and did not bring a Commissioning Agent on board until after the construction documents were complete, and construction started.

Hotel key tag system

We are working on a hotel project. The guest rooms have a key tag system where the lights and AC switches off as soon as the guest removes the key from the key slot.

In case the system is yet designed, can CS project get the score in 5.1 and 5.2 by purely using tanant leasing agreement which has the M&V Plan as a reguirement to be responsible by tenants.

What LEED rating system would I use for a food service renovation in an existing dormitory? The building was built in 1927 and has had 6 renovations, the last of which was in 1984.
