If you have several sites within the Campus Master Site whereby the projects are to be constructed at the same time and the project sites are contiguous, is there any way to not have a separate ESC

The DES guideline (2010) allows us to model DES cooling plant with a COP of 4.4, which includes cooling towers and primary pumps.

We have a site that has a strip of prime farmland, which we are not building on per se. We have a retention pond with a water feature in mind for that area.
