SSp1 fo contiguous sites

If you have several sites within the Campus Master Site whereby the projects are to be constructed at the same time and the project sites are contiguous, is there any way to not have a separate ESC for each site? Thereby having 1 ESC surrounding all of the sites to allow the contractor to move freely between sites and minimize entry points. Thank you,

Donald, I don't see any issue with having one ESC plan for multiple projects in this way. I would just make sure that it has the specificity to apply to all and be sufficiently rigorous.
