How we can calculate the total occupancy (all building users) of a Hotel building registered under NC v3? And if GBCI has reference documents (information).Thanks

We have just certified a hotel in Itali with LEED 2009 NC. We have considered FTE only staff of the hotel and transient all guests (based on bedrooms capacity). Note that all guests can have a shower in their room.
