Our project team is pursuing the Daylight credit for EBOM v2009, using the calculations path 3 - Measurement - for a renovated high school building that has a large central atrium space which features a skylight that is about 75% of the roof area. There are permanent 2-story interior partitions that separate the atrium from the adjoining rooms, although large windows were incorporated in these walls - some floor to ceiling and some with a sill height of about 38". This allows much of the daylight from the skylight to filter into the adjoining rooms. The entire atrium area also meets the minimum light levels per the meter readings we took.
Our question is - can we include the light meter readings that meet the minimum light level in the rooms adjacent to this atrium space?
Thanks!
