Furniture not included

I have a project where the furniture was not included in the base contract and the contractor therefore did not include it in the material costs for the project.

Dear all, If the system can automatically adjust the dampers when the CO2 levels vary by +/-10% (instead of the alarm) will it be acceptable for the credit? Thank you.

I'm working on a shopping center in an urban area. We're providing about 90 parking spaces, slightly more than code minimum, so we can't get the points using Option 1.
