How have project teams been defining the reference building for this credit?

I would like to determine if a project could be certified.

I have a LEED project that includes three buildings and a large constructed wetlands, however there is an existing building smack in the middle of them.

We have a client who is leasing two entire, adjacent buildings for 12 years. They are taking on installing high SRI roof membranes and a photovoltaic canopy system in the parking lot.

I´m working on a project that is a campus with 2 warehouses, an administrative building, a large dining room, a little auditorium and a changing room.

My project is served by three different bus "routes" (AT2, AT4 and AT5) that make stops that are located well within the 1/4 mile walking distance.

I have a multi-story building that has one AHU per floor taking OSA from a common vertical shaft.

Is paint or coating with proper tested SRI standard can earn this credit?

We are building a maintenance facility at a landfill. It would be very easy to use excavation material as Alternative Daily Cover, as the area that uses this is very close.

Soil is generally not allowed to be included in waste diversion calculations. But what if we are moving compost?
