I am currently working on a project which has 1 train station stop @ 0.2 miles (walkable distance) and 4 bus stops with in 0.2 mile (walkable distance) to the project site.

In its current form the MRc2 is for diverting waste that has been created, it does not credit 'preventing' waste, however please take a look at the LEED 2012 2nd public comment version of this cred

Hello All, In our project, we have 2 types of lavatory faucets (different quantity) with two different flow rates. One type constitutes 20% and the other type 80% of total faucets.

If I am not altering the HVAC, Or Building Envelope, or Service Water, Do I have to fill out the Interactive Compliance Forms, ie the Building Envelope, the HVAC Compliance the Service Hot water.?
