LEED HC and NC at the same time

Kindly clarify if a Hospital Project would be allowed to pursue both LEED NC and LEED HC simultaneously .

Hi Joshua, a project can be certified under only one design and construction rating system. You may evaluate both Healthcare and New Construction before deciding which to register for, but you will ultimately have to pick one or the other.
