If I am not altering the HVAC, Or Building Envelope, or Service Water, Do I have to fill out the Interactive Compliance Forms, ie the Building Envelope, the HVAC Compliance the Service Hot water.? Currently under 'Special Curcumstances' I wrote that this project is not altering the HVAC, Building Envelope, or Water Service.
