Using as ID credit in New Construction, indoor & outdoor

I'm working on a project which is using this credit as an ID credit for LEED-NC. Must outdoor lights be included?

I know that for EAc1 there was a requirement that "All LEED for New Construction project registered after June 26, 2007 are required to achieve at least two (2) points." Since I am working on a LEE

If your normal process was to generate letter size documents for the project, then I don't see why GBCI would need to have them changed to another format. Legibility and usability will be the key

Normally we send documents to Design Review before the project be sold in part or entirely by the Owner.
