John, is this a home you are talking about? I am surprised that you can attempt LEED-EBOM for a home.Assuming that is possible, I don't see how you can cut a corner here, no. If you have a good Energy Star rating you should have an easy time of it, though.Is this Energy Star for Homes in the U.S. that you're talking about, by the way? I thought it used a HERS Index, not a 5-star score.
