Church - 'dress your best'

I'm working on (a renovation of) an existing church with 6 FTE, and 400 peak transients. 5% of 406 FTE = 20 bicycle parking spaces.

Thanks for all descriptions and comments related to differences beween EAp1 and EAc3. I`m still confused about Exemplary Performance and it`s "comprehensive envelope commissioning".

In our project we intend to install PV panels for 300KWp capacity. Its a NC2009 project aiming for LEED platinum. The building is office building with a 24hrs cafeteria.

The fan power calculated by the formula presented in APPENDIX G3.1.2.9 of ASHREA90.1-2007 is the sum of all the fan power including supply fan,returen fan,exaust/relief fan.

We have an inn that is seeking LEED certification. Our innkeeper lives in the building. Because we are in the center of a small town, we walk to the post office, bank and grocery store.
