Just confirming that we are still eligible for this credit even if our project is a grade 2-5 elementary school. In our case, we would just need to survey all teachers and staff?

Hi all, UPS system is used as a back up power in case if there is power failure. In that case. UPS itself consume small amount of power.

Our building is mostly naturally ventilated. One of the seven floors, however, has a central air system installed that serves three densely occupied conference rooms.

As it says above, achieving this credit without a BAS is difficult. What exactly needs to be done if we don't have a BAS?

Do reused Hospital beds qualify for furniture reuse credit?

We would like to pursue this credit, as our hospital floor renovation project registered under LEED CI v 2.0 is reusing all patient beds.
