Hello there,

we have a core and shell project that is currently under construction and has several tenant spaces. A few of these spaces already has signed tenants.

Partial renovation of a hospital

We are doing a partial renovation of an existing hospital comprised of 4 renovated floors. There will be new systems for these spcaes, but no work on the exterior or site around the building.

We typically implement Option D of IPMVP and calibrate the model once one-year of actual energy data is obtained.

Question about ASHRAE 90.1 Baseline equipment efficiencies.Project is using System 5 with a Load of around 400kBtu/h.  Table 6.8.1A shows the minimum efficiency to be 9.8
