What is the definition of annual increase? Volume difference in 1-year 24-hour rainfall event?

Based on my understanding by reading the posts on this web site, it seems to me that for option #1, all volume from the 95th or 98th percentile of rainfall to be captured

With LEED V4, we are using the online credit library regularly.  Many of our staff are frustrated at how slow the lookup and retrieval is.  Maybe it's because we're in the desolated north

The CGP 2020 specify the next in the section 2.3.1. Prohibited Discharges " 2.3.1.3 Fuel, oils or other pollutans used in vehicle and equipment operation and maintenance.
