Our project team pursued this credit and found it easliy achievable given the pursuit of the MRc BPDO (EPD/HPD) credit categories.

The LEED v4.1 reference guide and the USGBC website say that the credit is one point.  LEED Online also seems to indicate that it is one point.

I have read through a lot of threads in this forum and am still not understanding how I can look at an EPD and confirm if it contributes to option 2.

Have projects used softwares to document the quality views credit? I am looking into a 300k sqft school project and wanted to know whats the best way to document this credit.

Can infants and toddlers be excluded from indoor water use calculations for a daycare facility? Given that they will be using diapers rather than water closets or lavatories. 

Has anyone found a suitable nearly-zero energy building standard for projects located in the US, or specifically in California?

This pilot credit was very easy to achieve because the project is in California.  Our hauler held Certification of Recycling Rates issued by the Recycling Certification Institute.
