Under what category does dryway compound fall for Low-Emitting materials?

I have seen several references to View Factor 3 and cannot find any definition.

What method of testing have people used to measure airborne PM-10 dust required as part of V4 IEQ Credit 3.2?

Under v3, only systems furniture and desk/occasional seating were included.  Under v4/4.1, is ALL (non-permantly installed) furniture now included?  What counts as a piece of furniture?

WE credit 4 Water Metering, requires the following. However our building has at most two of the items on the list and the credit requires five.

I have a project that is all new construction. There are 3 buildings on the site. The main building which is what the owner wants to be LEED Certified. Another building is a shed building.
