Has anyone found a terrazzo resin and sealing system that is LEED v4 compliant, i.e. CDPH, and they're happy with? Thanks!

Are throw rugs subject to the credit requirements?
What are the adhesives and sealants to be included in the documentation?
Is there a VOC budget method for this credit?
What are the limits on the VOC budget method?
Do products applied to the weather barrier need to comply with VOC thresholds?
If one part of my multicomponent wall system is not compliant, can I still get full credit?

We have used Terroxy. I can't speak too much on performance as I've only worked with the LEED documentation aspect, but I know our design teams have spec'ed it on multiple projects.

Funny you should mention Terroxy, that's exactly what I got a question about but I can't find documentation that they are CDPH compliant. Do you have anything you can point me to?

Here's a letter stating the system has undergone testing: https://www.tmsupply.com/TMSupply/files/1f/1f6d3d6c-2fe8-4b6d-84b4-24ca8...
I will need to reach out to them for the actual testing certificate on a couple projects in design right now - so far have only had to document the system's v2009 compliance.

If you can get it that would be awesome! If easier to reach me this way, I'm at troberts (at) hpd-collaborative.org.

It looks like they got Greenguard Gold certification in April, so all set for v4 and v4.1!

Hi all,
I have a project team asking for clarification on how the area for reporting the terrazzo was determined and reported for this credit, and if the reviewers took issue. Any insight?
They have the same question for plaster applied to the ceiling, and fabric-wrapped acoustic panels for the walls. I'm leafing through my various projects to see if I can find an example that was accepted but haven't found one yet.

I use the area of the surface the product has been applied to.

Am I naive in believing this is information that REVIT can spit out quite easily? (not being sarcastic here.) We did something similar for the Interior Lighting credit - to determine areas of different surface reflectance.
