Does anybody have good suggestions and tips for studying for the LEED AP BD+C exam.

Hello LEEDUsers, We are submitting a project for LEED NC v.2009 - major renovation and new construction.

I am working on a v2009 LEED project and am the currently the LEED AP on the project for our IDc2 credit. I originally had a LEED AP & a LEED BD+C, however my BD+C has expired.

Our project is a large high rise dorm consisting of 4-person suites arranged typically as a 2BR and two 1BR's connected by a short inner hallway.

Table G3.1 section 2 a says one of the requirements to exclude parts from the model is that "Work to be performed in excluded parts of the building shall meet the requirements of Sections 5-10."

We are modeling a building in EnergyPro that is heating only, with radiant heating panels and ventilation thru DOAS.

I posed this question for a NC-2009 project a week ago and received no replies, so thought I'd re-post it here: I'm working on a semiconductor fab that is part of a LEED campus project.

My question is in regards to the 50% requirement of residents and the # of weekday trips.

I am hoping someone can confirm for me whether planned bus stops which are not yet official/ in place but are guaranteed, may be included for credit achievement?

Others have asked this before and not gotten an answer so I'm taking another shot. Can someone please verify this approach?
