I know MEP components are not included in the MR4 credit. What about piping or duct insulation? Insulation is part of Division 7, so I say it should be included.

If the Commercial Interior v2009 project has an existing parking that will serve its operations but no construction will be done, should it be included in the LEED project boundary? The CI project
