Critical Path Supply Duct Pressure Drop Calculations

Currently working on a tenant project. Base building chilled water to each floor supplying DOAS Terminal Units. I'm planning on supplying PD calcs for representative units. Is there a specific program I need to use or will a PDF of duct loss spreadsheet be suffcient?
