Hi, I was wondering if the innovation credit for V4 Existing Buildings can receive a point for using Electric Bicycle-Cars.

My project is in Fresno, California, and we are in need of a company that can perform this type of audit for our medium sized Manufacturing Facility.

Is anyone aware of exemptions or opportunities to take additional credit for senior care/assisted living facilities?

We have a project where a good part of the non-hardscaped area inside the LEED boundary will be planted in native prairie grasses, with no irrigation.

Systems Manual; on our Const. Phase submittal the reviewer stated we need to include a Systems Manual. It appears this refers to the Training of staff on the bldg.'s.

Can we exclude ADA parking from the total parking capacity when considering the preferred parking 5% max?

I would like to confirm that PV is accounted for solely in the energy model for V4 Midrise projects. Unlike Homes, there are no credits targeting PV. Also, I see no Innovation credits.
