I am working on certifying an addition to a military readiness center which operates drill weekends so the facility occupants greatly increases for 2 those 2 days each month. The reviewers have denied the SS4.2 credit because they are unsure if we have provided enough spaces. Could someone help me with how to input the correct numbers into the forms to accurately calculate the FTE occupants? This was the reviewers final comments: "Additionally, it is unclear if the revised peak occupancy is accurate because the form narrative in PIf3: Occupant and Usage Data states 345 occupants will be present one weekend a month."

Nicholas, it sounds like you have entered an FTE number based on regular occupancy, and the reviewer is asking if you should provide an FTE number based on the peak occupancy.You could designate those occupants as transient and not include them in FTE, but that's a bit of a judgement call in this case and may or may not make sense.
