For multifamily buildings where the residents are responsible for purchasing and installing fixtures, for Option 1 do I need to survey every fixture in every apartment?

Hi all, My project has all 5 categories installed (dishwasher with racks, pre rinse etc..), however one of the products is above the maximum limit.

Double trouble with ceilings

Our school project is retaining nearly all of the original plaster ceilings. We are, however, removing the suspended ceilings that were installed in the 1970's, just below the plaster ceilings.

How do we show for compliance for non-occupiable spaces?

We are working on a 50,000 ft2 medical office building (MOB) that is near a metro rail station. Local codes do not require buildings within 1,000 ft. of a rail station to provide parking.
