WEc1 - Lav Efficiency Floor?

Is there a lower limit to the lav flow rate below 0.5gpm that USGBC will accept? I saw something posted on the EPA's website awhile back, but am not finding it now.

Hi Jeremy, Yes, it is acceptable to specify lav flow rates below 0.5 gpm (we've specified 0.35 gpm but wouldn't recommend going any lower than this). Hope helpful!
