I have a project that recieved LEED BD+C: New Construction v2 - LEED 2.2 in 2014. They recieved a credit for water reduction with low flow toilets.

We have a five-acre site with multiple buildings. However, we are pursuing certification for only one of the buildings. Does the entire site have to meet the prerequisite?

I have a styrofoam insulation that has zero VOC out put. The supplier claims it undergoes VOC small scale chamber testing by MBDC and the product is cradle-to-cradle certified.

Is it possible to use this credit as an ID credit for a CS v2009 project? Could we achieve it if we write the requirements into the tenant lease language or the binding tenant requirements?
