I have a LEEDv4 for Schools project but is focusing on the interior restoration of the building and not site. Is Phase I ESA required for just interior restoration of the building?

There have been a lot of earlier threads on this, but they are old and there does not seem to a definitive answer provided yet.

It appears that a project may not be eligible for the 1 point associated with the Water Related System if their building(s) do not offer non-potable water sources. Is this correct?

On the Reduction Calculation spreadsheet, how should the "Percent of Occupants" be filled out for kitchen sinks or urinals?

Does the credit language of 1 seat per 200 feet refer to seating in shade or indirect sunlight? Or is this portion of the language in reference to seating in the total area of respite?

Hi - this is my first full blown LEED job to document.  I am getting ready to send the forms to the MEP subs for them to fill out for IEQc4.1.

I've spent hours trying to figure out how to create the needed verification maps for community services, intersections, transit, open areas. Asked for help from usgbc, and posted in the forum.
