USGBC references the Indoor and Outdoor Water Reduction Calculators; any recommendations about additional tools a team should utilize in completing their water-budget analysis?

Can you confirm whether we have to meet the STC requirements in the standard in order to meet the prerequisite if we are pursuing Option 1 for reverberation compliance?

Curious how other have looked at this credit from the perspective of the project not having any parking on-site, but do offer the employees discounts to a nearby parking.
