When is the building considered occupied?

Hi. For the 10 month post-occupancy commissioning - when is the post-occupancy considered started. When all occupants (100%) have moved into the house and all equipment is up and running?

Hi - is it possible to paint the pavement to get the wanted SRI-value for the non-roof? And is there any specific requirements for such a paint?

Is MRpc52: A) "Material multi-attribute assessment", as stated under credit language or B) "Environmentally preferable non-structural products and materials: perscriptive attributes"

We got a comment back from preliminery review regarding kitchen in an office building. We defined these Spaces as retail general which apparently was incorrect.
