Exhaust fan for chemical storage

If We have chemical storage room with 69.4 ft square in Area in our building , i want to install one exhaust fan for this room to acheive credit requirements , how can i calculate minimum pressure

Hi, Our office building is ventilated with a constant volume AHU and conditioned by VRF system. AHU supplies 100% fresh air to the spaces, while VRF system provides heating and cooling.
