Hello Eliot, We are in a process of preparing the prerequisites documents for the first LEED ND project in Israel. All other prerequisites are technically clear. Prerequisite 2 is somehow softer.

Hello, Our project is a LEED NC v2009. Due to a heavy rain season, it happened that some leakage lead to a partial grow of mold in some ceiling areas which are made from gypsum boards.
