Credit was straightforward. In our market, there is only one CORR-certified provider. Curious if that's the case in other markets.

Can the building owner provide a single letter on sharing usage data for both Building-Level Water Metering and Building-Level Energy Metering?

Our building has a portion of the roof area that is a terrace accessible from the top floor of the building. The terrace contains high-reflectance hardscape and vegetated areas.

I am working on a 90.1-2016 App G energy model. The schedules in ASHRAE 90.1 User’s Manual indicates that the lighting schedule reflects mandatory occupancy sensors requirements of section 9.4.

Does anybody know where USGBC / WE TAG came up with Table 1? I've not been able to find it anywhere, except where it is referenced as coming from LEED.
