How is "access point" defined for this credit. Is it simply a crossing? It is a more involved distribution site?

I have a client asking me about Option 2 - which is ESVE ready for 10% of parking. In the online summary of the credit it does not go into the required uploads.

I have a project in Canada (metric units) but the client wants all documents in Imperial units. Is this a problem for LEED during the review process?

My project is using a pre-fabicated panel (walls and ceilings) inclusive of doors, windows and ceiling grid lights. All of these components are part of the panel design.

Non default use time for lavatory faucets
