Demand Response for Residential buildings

Has anyone pursued this credit for a multifamily building? I'm assuming the automated demand response would only apply to common areas under the building management's control.

Hi!  Our project is currently meeting 49.95% reduction on indoor water use.  Does anyone have any experience about whether it is possible to round this up to 50% for the maximum of 6 poin
