If a FloorScore certified product, specifically a pre-finished engineered wood floor, is applied to a wall or ceiling application does the product contribute to the EQc2 credit in LEED v.4?

Hi, We are starting a study to verify if a specific renovation project could achieve a LEED V4 BD+C certification. What is the scope of work required to qualify as 'Major Renovation'.

We are pursuing both SS4.3 and SS4.4. As long as we provide the total parking spaces required for both 4.3 AND 4.4, can those spaces be used interchangeably for either LE/FE and HOV?
