I am confused as the the new form on LEED On Line vs what you are showing on LEED User. I am not sure what is needed to upload in regards to our purchasing and criteria for sustainability. The new form on LEED On Line is asking for Special Circumstances, but it relates to a project team limited ability to provide submittals required. Where are they required. What form do we need to fill out that is required.
You rely on LEEDuser. Can we rely on you?

I'm not sure what version of the form you have, but the Special Circumstances section is always optional. The required submittals are called out on the form wherever it says "Upload: XYZ"

I agree with Amy.
The Leedonline form is different from the usual form. It asks for 'establishment summary' under it asks to fill 'name'. Are we supposed to write the file name of the excel calculation(MR sustainable material calculator) completed in order to score for this credit? However, the form doesn't have any tab to upload a file!
This issue is the same with MEc4,WEc2. Kindly advise.
Amy, did you manage to sort out this issue?

We are using the form MRc2.1 v07 which is the form that is currently on LEEDonLine.
No we have not figured it out. The Form that is required (sustainable purchasing calculator) to be filled out doesn't allow us to correct or change anything on the spread sheet. It is password protected. How can we do what we need to do without being able to work on the spreadsheet.
We are getting ready to submit for certification and we need to finish up credit MRc2.1 and MRc2.2 and the Sustainable Purchasing Calculator is password protected. How can I change or correct errors that I have without being able to access the form. Please help. Thanks

I downloaded the MRc2.1 v07 form (from here: www.usgbc.org/node/1731385?return=/credits/existing-buildings/v2009/mate...) and I don't see a field asking for "name". Regardless you'll need to go directly to the Uploads tab of LEED Online in order to upload the calculator.
As far as the calculator goes, you should be able to enter data into it without needing a password. (Some of the fields are protected, but the table where purchasing data is entered is not). I downloaded the latest version (from here: www.usgbc.org/resources/sustainable-purchasing-calculator-v2009) and didn't have any trouble entering information. Be sure you "enable macros" when you open the document.
I guess my best advice is to try downloading a fresh copy of the form and calculator from USGBC's website and test them out.
