I did not receive any replies on my previous post so I am restating the issue.  To meet EBOM v4 - Minimum Emergy Performance does the majority of the building have to be heated?

I am modeling a 35,000 sf cafeteria that has seven walk-in coolers/freezers with total floor area of about 1700 sf. They are in the basement and first floor of the building.

There is a library project I'm working on which has a policy of no smoking within 100 feet from the entrance.  The thing is it is next to neighboring business that are are within the 100 feet
