Can a golf course be used as a park in SS C2 Community Connectivity?

Hi all, In the case of a Major Renovation project, are all prerequisites must be answered (in all categories) or only the ones for the categories affected by the project.

Is there are a resource out there that lets you know if your building is located in a LEED ND property? I tried GBIG but doesn't seem to have ND projects in their database.

Can Division 2 materials (hardscape, storm/sanitary utilities, landscaping) be excluded from the overall material cost when calculating for this credit?

Where would joint compound be categorized? I don't believe it needs to be in the low emitting adhesives and sealants category but I could be wrong. I am currently classifying it under IEQ4.6.

In processing the IEQc4.1 I am running into products that call out the VOC content, but I do not know the limits that need to be met for CA Section 01350. Does anyone know those numbers?

Does the project building need to be a rented space in order for it to fall under the ID+C rating system?

I am a part of this project which was registered 3 years ago with Initial review submitted.

Currently we have no smoking signs on the residence hall's main entrances, the ones used by residents to get in and out of the building.
