Hello anyone have any feedback on pathways to usinbg an energy providers Clean Energy Program for more credit in Minimum Energy Performance or Green Power/ Carbon Offsets??

It does not appear LEED give credit for removig all landscaped areas from the exiwting conditions? or at least I cannot find a path for that.

When I look up EPDs in UL Spot it is not always obvious what type of EPD I'm looking at. If it's for a specfic product can I assume externally verified? How would I know the difference?
