I'm hitting some technical glitches in Arc to get survey results. When I'm in the 'occupants' tab of 'building settings' there is a red warning notice at the bottom of the 'add occupancy data' pop up that says invalid operating hours. This prevents me from saving any occupancy data. There is a blue link to 'add' operating hours, and I am able to add operating hours. But it prevents me from saving any occupancy data. Anyone else getting this error? Is there a seperate place to get Arc technical support? It seems to be a glitch or error in the system.
Also, is it supposed to be operating hours per day or week?
