My project is a 93,000 sf open-plan hangar. We are designing grills on walls that count for 4% of the floor area on 2 opposite facades to induce crossed-ventilation.

When the project is pursuing the increase ventilation which ventilation rates have to be used for the baseline 62.1 or 62.1 + 30%? I am working in LEED V2009. ASHRAE 90.1-2007
