Think to have universal accessibility and open space is a big asset, and also to include green roofs and wetlands or ponds. I think it should also have a minimum or native or adapted plant...

The prerequisite seems challenging to get and think it should adress other environmental prioirty issues depending on the region.

Credit is great as the team project can decide...

I think to have 15 native or adapted species as a baseline is a great asset.

Also think that the credit should specify the importance of not to importing soil from forests or nature, but...

I am thrilled to have wildfire part of this credit but the text provided is not very clear and also not up to date in some of its references. I suggest the following wording to make it more clear...

I am surprised that this one only refers to flooding. Wildfire should be added here as site design and maintenance are critical to ensure wildfire resilience.
