Yes but Threat Factor seems to be the only industry accepted metric for building facades. Gonig to piggy back your post to include my thoughts for improvement:
This credit will need clarity on the dimensions from the building corner that consitutes a glazed corner and fly through conditions. I've seen some municipalties define glazed corners as glass within 10-12' from the corner in both directions. I dont see any accepted max width for a flythrough but the dimensions seems to be around 15-17 ft based on a review of municipal guidelines.
