A very interesting question and to answer it will take a lot of space. 1. Why are you only doing one? 2. Are these existing buildings or half in construction? 1.

I am trying to determine the R-values required for a project - a major renovation to a 1940's existing building. The building structure is steel beams and columns, encased in concrete.

Rule 1113

NC-2009 IEQc4.2:Low-Emitting Materials—Paints and Coatings

Rule 1113 was amended on June 3rd 2011 and now the limit for clear wood varnish is 275. I assume updates to Rule 1113 apply to LEED. Is this correct?

A large amount of carpet was donated to us by a big local company who didn't use it all in their hotels. The carpet itself had never been used.
