I am trying to determine the R-values required for a project - a major renovation to a 1940's existing building. The building structure is steel beams and columns, encased in concrete.

Rule 1113 was amended on June 3rd 2011 and now the limit for clear wood varnish is 275. I assume updates to Rule 1113 apply to LEED. Is this correct?

A large amount of carpet was donated to us by a big local company who didn't use it all in their hotels. The carpet itself had never been used.
