Hi Christopher, can you ground this discussion in a specific LEED rating system and credit? I am not sure if there is a Homes vs. NC difference, for example, but knowng your thoughts here would help me wrap my brain around it. If it's NC MRc2, for example, please post your question to that forum of it's more LEED for Homes you have in mind, we have a forum for that.

Tristan - I'm going to echo Christopher's original post. We are working with a modular classroom builder under LEED-NC. My read is that MRc2 is only interested in waste generated onsite, not factory waste (otherwise we would be tracking factory waste from prefabricated assemblies like cabinetry delivered to a site-built building). Would you agree? Thanks!
